These plans include breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as a variety of recipes.

Recipes are quick and easy to prepare and do not require a master chef skill set. Each recipe includes enough portions to serve 2 to 6 meals, allowing for leftovers that can be eaten for a meal the following day.
