Exercise Programming
I hold a Certificate III & IV in Fitness. I personally have been resistance training since my teenage years. I cannot emphasise enough the importance of skeletal muscle as a key to health, wellbeing and longevity. I can work with you to create an exercise program that suits your current needs and works in with your busy schedule. I am currently gauging interest in online group exercise classes that you can do from your own home. They would be held mornings or evenings depending on demand.
